The warranty covers potential manufacturing defects for a specified period for each product, and does not include damage resulting from misuse.

After the free maintenance period ends, you can benefit from a 50% discount on maintenance for the next six months, with you covering the shipping costs.

To benefit from the warranty, please follow the steps below.

Contact us via (WhatsApp/email) and explain the problem in detail.

Send pictures or videos showing the defect in the product.

In case of approval, the product is sent to our service center, and the customer bears the shipping costs.

"After maintenance, the product will be sent back to you as soon as possible."
