Send pictures or videos showing the defect in the product.
In case of approval, the product is sent to our service center, and the customer bears the shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover the following cases.

Damage caused by water, heat, or environmental factors
Any modifications or repairs made outside our authorized service centers.
