- Products are shipped to all governorates of Egypt according to our shipping policy.
- The customer bears the shipping fees as indicated during checkout.
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
- You can return products within 14 days provided they are in their original condition and with the invoice.
- Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, but we guarantee to fix any errors in them.
- We offer free maintenance for 6 months, after which you can benefit from a 50% discount on maintenance for the following six months, with you bearing the shipping costs.
